We Sold 2102 Centerville

 So we bought 2102 Centerville about 5 years ago.  It was a rental for us.  Our last tenant was there for 3 years and she was terrific but when she left we decided to sell it.  These great folks bought this house owner-financed and were thrilled to get it.  It was a win-win for everybody.
