We’ve sold our house in Poth, Texas! This was the one owned by an elderly couple who had decided they wanted to stay in their other home at the ranch. They didn’t want to put it up for rent but wanted to get rid of it. To be honest, there were a few setbacks in selling this one but we got it done eventually. We still made a profit and it still ended up good. Now, we are on to our next one!
