After months of delays, we finally closed 213 Bandera Rd.
Major repairs were needed so we could put it back on the market (and honestly was a total pain in the butt) but finally, we have just closed!
We had to put in a new septic tank, fix the entire porch and do a foundation retrofit. Complete makeover – the before and after photos will speak for themselves.
Glad we still made a little bit of money off of it and definitely happy to have this one behind us.
